Abeo School Change is recognized across the country as a leader in adult learning. Doing business as the Coalition of Essential Schools Northwest and Small Schools Project, we have provided customized support to schools and districts for more than ten years. We are a small and agile 501(c)(3) organization with a distinctive pool of professionals whose essential knowledge, skills, and experience support the adult learning needs that make school change possible.

Above all, we consider ourselves to be consummate learners of anything and everything that impacts our mission of quality education for each student. Our varied interests lead to inquiry into a plethora of topics and we are diligent about learning from each other and our clients.
