Abeo Digitally Mediated Learning

Can’t make it to a summer conference? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Our Digitally Mediated Learning  offers brief, impactful bite-size professional development that you can take at your own pace, covering topics relevant to all leaders. We’ve designed these micro sessions to include three chapters:

• Build Understanding: Explore curated research to build understanding.

• prACTice: Engage with different strategies and tools to support your growth

• Closing: Bring it all together to set yourself up for success

We encourage you to jump into our eLearning Micro Sessions designed with Abeo's Ways of Being in mind. They offer a meaningful approach to guide your growth. As you engage ask yourself these questions: 

• Curious and open to possibilities: What do you know and want to learn about this topic?

• Embrace the complexity of learning: Where are you feeling dissonance during the session? Lean into that!

• Honor a breadth of perspectives: What perspectives are the same or different from yours?

• Examine and challenge your biases: Where do you align? What do you need to unpack and critique?

• Reflect and construct meaning: How has the micro session created new understandings and ideas for you to try?

• Operate with grace: Be kind to yourself as you explore and grow.

We are excited for you to peruse some of our Resources. When recommending tools and resources to clients, we often suggest a narrow focus in order to be strategic about selecting tools that will be used (we all know it’s so tempting to collect a variety of tools and then not use them.)
