What Staci Brings to the Work

Staci brings a joy of learning and curiosity to her work. She is eager to learn and grow by asking questions and reflecting on her experiences. Staci also brings a collaborative spirit to her work and she values the connections made with colleagues, students and families.

Experience

Staci's desire to become an educator was sparked by some of her earliest teachers. She remembers the personal connections teachers made with her and how they shared their love of learning.

As an elementary school teacher, Staci finds joy in building connections with her students, families and staff. She does this through / engages in the work by creating community and relationships with her students, challenging them, encouraging them, learning and laughing with them. Staci has experience as an instructional coach and building leadership team member.

In her work with Abeo, Staci is an in-the-moment problem solver, ensuring participants have access to resources and materials so they can fully engage in deep learning in both virtual and hybrid spaces. She inspires collaboration and a strong sense of team.
