Fiona currently holds a teaching position working as an early childhood special education teacher in an inclusive classroom, where special education students and general education students learn with one another. In her role as a consultant for Abeo, Fiona brings with her a unique lens on developmentally appropriate practices and how they operate in an inclusive, equity-based program. Making sure that all students are able to thrive in ways that benefit them as unique individuals is at the forefront of Fiona’s work. 

Fiona is currently teaching at the Experimental Education Unit (EEU) at the University of Washington. She has previously worked as an early childhood special education instructional assistant with Seattle Public Schools. Fiona is a graduate of Seattle University.
