Holli’s core commitment to equity and education were nurtured through her work in youth service programs in Washington DC and working with incarcerated youth in Maryland, South Carolina and Florida. It was through these experiences that she began to truly appreciate the impact and power of education.

Holli has recently served as the Director of Teacher Engagement and Initiatives for Washington's Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (WACSTP). She has been with Abeo School Change since 1998 when the organization was known as the Coalition of Essential Schools Northwest (CESNW). She began serving as a consultant when she was a school counselor in the Clover Park School District. In 2001, she became the Associate Director of CESNW and a coach with the Small Schools Project and served as the organization's Executive Director from 2013 to 2017. Holli has a passion for facilitating groups, supporting learning through networking, collaboration, and nurturing the leader in everyone. Holli is a graduate of American University, and has an MA from Pacific Lutheran University.
