Staci finds joy in the day-to-day life of an elementary school classroom. She values building community and relationships with her students, challenging them, encouraging them, learning and laughing with them. This also extends to the families of her students, taking a team approach to supporting all kids.

Staci also enjoys collaborating with her colleagues where the focus is on transdisciplinary instruction as part of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program. She values this student-centered approach and reflection with her school community.

Staci has been a building instructional coach and a building leadership team member. She is also a graduate of Western Washington University (Go Vikings!) and holds a Master’s Degree in Reading & Literacy from City University.
